The playing field should be level

Dear editor,

I find it amazing that “credit recovery” and bill collector companies, when they letter mail as “monies owed” notification by a client, don’t seem to have the courage to name their own company on the return address portion of the mail out.

It’s just amazing that they want to know where the “client” has gone, but when one doesn’t even know who has sent them a mailer (often from a P.O. box numbered address), I wonder where the ethical integrity starts and ends in this communication transaction?
