Police have arrested a 39-year-old Oshawa man after stolen property and drugs were found in his residence.
On Tuesday, June 27, 2017, officers from Central East Division and the Tactical Support Unit executed a search warrant on a home on Montrave Avenue in Oshawa. Stolen property, including bicycles, tools and bicycle parts, as well as a quantity of drugs were seized.
The suspect was not home at the time, but was arrested on Friday, June 30, 2017. During the arrest, the suspect was found in possession of drugs.
A 39-year-old male of Montrave Ave in Oshawa, is charged with three counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking (Fentanyl, Oxycontin and Crystal Meth) and breach of recognizance. He was held for a bail hearing.
