Teen arrested after trying to rob gas station
A 15-year-old Oshawa teen has been arrested after being seen breaking into a gas station.
On Nov. 23, at approximately 4:15 a.m., police were called to the Husky Gas Station on Wilson Road South after a citizen witnessed someone attempting to break into the convenience store. The suspect was seen fleeing the scene and police were able to arrest him a short distance away. He was found with two knives in his possession.
The teen is charged with attempted robbery, disguise with intent and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon. He was held for a bail hearing.
