No injuries after man caught throwing concrete blocks off roof downtown
An Oshawa man is in custody after being caught throwing concrete blocks off the roof of a building near the GO terminal on Bond Street in downtown Oshawa.
On Friday, July 14, 2017, at approximately 11 p.m., Central East Division officers were called to the GO terminal for reports of a male seen on the roof of the three-storey structure throwing concrete blocks onto the sidewalk on Bond Street.
