Man stabbed following road rage incident in Oshawa
An incident between a pair of angry drivers took a bloody turn on July 17 leaving one male with stab wounds following a road rage incident on the streets of Oshawa.
On Monday, July 17, 2017, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a 31-year-old male was driving his truck erratically along Masson Street just north of Rossland Road. Following an altercation with a second vehicle, he exited his truck and stabbed the 22-year-old male passenger in the arm. The suspect got back in his truck and drove off. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Officers were able to obtain an address and located the accused a short time later pulling out of an apartment building parking lot. He was arrested and officers located a knife.
A 31-year-old male of Adelaide Avenue in Oshawa is charged with: assault with a weapon and weapons dangerous. He was held for a bail hearing.
