Woman charged after defrauding trio of storage businesses

An Oshawa woman working for three different storage companies has been charged with fraud after $73,000 in revenue went missing.

Between January 2012 and August 2017, the 52-year-old worked in a managerial role for three different storage businesses.

She is alleged to have taken more than $50,000 from a Port Perry storage company between January 2012 and November 2014, $18,000 from a Whitby storage company from January 2014 to December 2016, and $5,800 from a City of Kawartha Lakes storage company from January 2017 until August 2017
