Sad to hear about demise of CLAX

So lamentable it was to read about the demise (temporary, I hope) of the CLAX lacrosse league.

The excitement of being at a Durham Turfdogs game last spring was exhilarating, at a game that is well hyped, announced and fairly well attended. It is sad to see such fine efforts go for naught, but competing with the Oshawa Generals is a tall feat (plus the summer pro lacrosse leagues).

The “dance card” was just a little crowded for this, but hotbed lacrosse towns and fans might disagree, as we can never get enough of our “co-national sport.”
