Police seek witnesses after double stabbing

The Durham Regional Police are calling for witnesses to come forward after two men were stabbed early Sunday morning in Oshawa.

On Aug. 20 at around 2 a.m., members of Central East Division responded to an apartment on Ritson Road South after a reported stabbing. Officers located a 34-year-old male with minor facial injuries and during the investigation, two other victims were located with minor stab wounds as a result of an altercation at this address. The victims were treated at the scene and released.

Investigators are looking for any witnesses that could give investigators information on the incident.

The 34-year-old male from Oshawa was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with Fail to Appear in Court for an unrelated matter. He was held for a bail hearing.
