Lottery tickets stolen

Investigators are trying to identify a suspect in an overnight gas store robbery in Oshawa.

On Jan. 8, at approximately 9:50 p.m., a lone male entered the Canadian Tire gas station on Wilson Road North in Oshawa. The suspect threatened the employee and made a demand for lottery tickets. The suspect grabbed lottery tickets and ran on foot into a wooded area. Officers searched the area with negative results.

No physical injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as male, white, 5’11” tall, thin build. He was wearing a white hooded sweater and white shoes.
