Gens acquire forward

OHL franchise looking to add depth with latest off-season acquisition

The Oshawa Generals announced they have acquired forward Daniel Walker from the North Bay Battalion in exchange for a draft selection.

In exchange for forward Daniel Walker, the Gens sent the Battalion a fourth round selection in the 2020 priority player selection.

Walker, heading into his over age season, has played with the Battalion his entire Ontario Hockey League career.

The 6’5, 212 pound forward had six goals and three assists in 44 games played last season, while accumulating 129 penalty minutes.

Walker will attend Generals training camp at the end of August before joining the team for pre-season play.
