The first thing that strikes you about Cooper’s Auto Services is that it is reminiscent of the service stations from generations past.
Nothing fancy but also nothing is too much trouble if it helps their customer and there is a very good reason for that impression. Cooper’s has been in business since 1946 under the same family, at the same location and with the same customer focus.
Once you meet the current owner, Doug Cooper who is the third generation of the Cooper family to run the business, you will understand why there is nothing flashy about their business. He is quiet, truly laid back but absolutely focused on providing the best possible service.
His son Charles is waiting in the wings to represent the fourth generation and by all appearances, is equally laid back but that doesn’t take anything away from the professionalism found within their four walls.
Doug has been servicing automobiles for 40 years while Charles has been at it, let us say, for not quite so many years. However, they are both, as well as all their staff, licensed mechanics. They service all makes and models of vehicle so don’t hesitate to think that yours is somehow different. They still deliver on all maintenance and tires. They have all the latest technology and are fully warranty approved.
From my experience dealing with Cooper’s, I always come away feeling that I have been treated with honesty, integrity and have achieved good value for my money – and that’s often not the case with other businesses these days. They are continuously committed to customer satisfaction. In fact, they aren’t satisfied until you are.
