Arrest after armed convenience store robbery
An Oshawa man is facing several charges in connection with a convenience store robbery over the weekend.
On Saturday, July 4 at approximately 10:15 p.m., a male suspect entered the Mac’s Convenience on Grandview Street South holding a knife and demanded cash. Police say the suspect held the knife to the employee’s throat. The suspect received cash from the employee and fled on foot.
