A 26-year-old Oshawa woman has been arrested in connection to three fires set in the city during October.
The woman, of no fixed address, has been charged with three counts of arson causing damage to property.
On Oct. 1, a fire was set intentionally to a recycling bin outside of the Oshawa Centre.
Later on Oct. 29, police suspect the woman snuck into a condominium building in the area of Bond Street West and Centre Street North and again intentionally set fire to a recycling bin in the parking garage.
The third fire took place on Halloween Night in the Walmart parking lot on Laval Street when a pickup truck was set on fire.
