December 14, 1943 – February 5, 2016

It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Jane Bilenduke announces her peaceful passing at her home in Mississauga on February 5, 2016.  Mary Jane was born on December 14, 1943 on her parent’s farm in Manitoba, 25 miles north of the fishing village of Winnipegosis.  Great joy she had in giving and sharing with the many children in her extended family who loved her company. Dear to her heart was her inner city church called the Toronto Christian Worship Centre, founded over 30 years ago. Mary Jane ministered to all walks of life and changed the lives of many for the better. She is survived by her brother Donald Bilenduke (Marion) of White Mouth, Manitoba, sister Shirley Hampson of Fork River, Manitoba, Barbara Franklin (David) of Elkford, British Columbia, sister-in-law Marlene Bilenduke (Johnny Jr deceased) of Churchill Manitoba and many nieces and nephews (also great and great great).  Predeceased parents John Sr., Sophie Bilenduke and brother Johnny Bilenduke.  Graveside service Friday, February 12th at 1:00 p.m.  Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby. Celebration of life Service, Sunday, February 14 at 12:30 p.m.  Toronto Christian Worship Centre, 365 College Street, Toronto (St Stephens at Bathurst & Spadina).  Both services are open to all.
