Police looking for suspects in ATM theft

The Durham police are looking for information that may lead them to a group of suspects who tried to steal an ATM from the front of an Oshawa grocery store.

On Aug. 13, at approximately 1 a.m., a group of people tried to steal the ATM from the front vestibule of the Sobey’s grocery store on Wilson Road North in Oshawa. Staff contacted police, but the suspects fled in a white van shortly before they arrived. The ATM was damaged but remained intact.
