Durham police are investigating after an Oshawa man reported he was attacked while walking on an bike path near Bloor Street East.
On May 16 at approximately 7:15 p.m., police were called to a business on Bloor Street East regarding a male covered in blood who had walked into the back parking lot.
Officers located a 33-year-old intoxicated male with multiple superficial injuries consistent with stab wounds.
He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The male said he was walking on the bike path when three unknown males approached him and demanded his jewelry.
A physical altercation occurred and the victim received multiple superficial injuries.
Officers attended the area and searched the bike path, but no arrests were made.
The first suspect is described as a male, black, wearing black pants, black T-shirt and a toque. The second and third suspects are only described as male and black.
