Oshawa-built cars top reliability survey
The Oshawa-built Chevrolet Equinox, top, and Chevrolet Camaro were named the most reliable vehicles in their class after three years of use, according to a study from J.D. Power.
Two Oshawa-built vehicles were found to be the most reliable in their class after three years of use, according to a new study from J.D. Power.
The study for this year saw the research company look at vehicles made for the 2013 model year, and saw how reliable they have been.
The Chevrolet Equinox won the segment award for compact SUVs built in Canada, while the Chevrolet Camaro – which was still being produced in Oshawa at the time – won the segment award for midsize sporty car. This marks the fourth year in a row that the Camaro won that distinguishment.
