Man wanted for alleged indecent acts, break-ins
A warrant has been issued for a 21-year-old male who committed two indecent acts in public recently.
Quincy Pettifer-Cyrus, of no fixed address, is wanted by police in connection to two separate incidents.
On Thursday, July 26 at approximately 11:05 a.m., a male was observed sitting on a couch in the teen section of the Pickering library. He then exposed himself to several people in the area, committing an indecent act.
The suspect then left the library without speaking to anyone, and staff contacted police.
Then on Thursday, August 2, at approximately 11:10 a.m., a male traveling eastbound on a GO Train close to Ajax station began to call out to a female passenger on the same train, which was only occupied by one other person. The male then moved seats and sat in front of the female and tried to talk to her. He then pulled down his pants and committed an indecent act. The female immediately fled the area and reported the incident to a GO Transit Special Constable. The male was not located at the time.
Investigators were able to identify Pettifer-Cyrus in connection with these two incidents and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. He is also wanted for three break and enters that occurred in Oshawa between July 22 and 26.
Anyone with new information about this investigation is asked to contact Cst. Flis from West Division at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2346.
