An Oshawa woman is facing charges west of Brockville following a late night 911 call.
According to provincial police, officers responded to a residence on County Road 18 in Augusta Township on Saturday, April 1, following a 911 call. The resident says a female had knocked on his door and window at about 3:30 a.m. before taking off in a pick-up truck after the male homeowner didn’t answer.
Police located the suspect vehicle on Blue Church Road in Augusta. The driver was found to be impaired and was arrested.
A 34-year-old Oshawa female has been charged with care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired and care or control of a motor vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol per 100 mL of blood in connection with this incident.
