How do I get on the Sunshine List?

Dear Editor,

I read your paper today and I don’t see why there are so many people on the Sunshine List while some people of the City of Oshawa are living in poverty. How does the city justify that? The taxpayers are paying these people. No wonder taxes go up every year.

How does a citizen like me living on ODSP get on the Sunshine List so I won’t be poor? Where do you sign up for this? There should be a revolt – the citizens Of Oshawa had enough. Sometimes, I can’t afford a bus ticket across the street, so how does that work?
