Guns stolen during Oshawa robbery

The Durham Regional Police are looking to the public for help after two guns were stolen from a south Oshawa home.

Police say that sometime between Friday, Oct. 13 and Sunday, Oct. 15, the suspect broke into a residence in the area of Oxford Street and Phillip Murray Avenue in Oshawa. The suspect pried open the door and gained entry into the home, where they then stole two firearms, one being a Remington Wingmaster 870 and the other a Stevens double-barrel shotgun, along with ammunition, electronics and jewellery.

There is no suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
