Bob Jones started his hockey career playing for his home town team the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds. After a successful OHL and professional career, the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds hired Bob to be a part of their coaching staff.
Bob had started his coaching career the same place he started his playing career. From that point on, Bob never looked back. With almost 20 years of OHL coaching experience as an associate coach, an assistant coach and a head coach, Bob has seen it all. Bob has coached the Brampton Battalion, St. Michael’s Majors, Sudbury Wolves, and for the last eight years, the Windsor Spitfires. With the Windsor Spitfires Bob won two Memorial Cups in 2009 and 2010. He has extensive knowledge of the OHL and has what it takes to win a championship.
