Five Toronto residents have been charged following robberies at jewellery stores in Oshawa and Ajax.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, police were called to Valdi’s Jewellery Shop on King Street. According to police, five suspects, two armed with handguns, entered the store and smashed cabinets to steal the jewellery inside. The lone employee, 62, was assaulted.
