Parking should be clearly marked and visible for people to see at the Oshawa mall. The mall has been renovated recently, which may have confused people. It’s not fair to give parking tickets, especially when staff is not sure of the change. I think there should be consideration and return their money. After all, you are relying on customers because it’s they that give you business. So do your best for them.
People are impatient sometimes. There are other malls. Competition is around us, so it’s wise to give thought to your consumers. They are your best friends. Every business requires good planning and management.
Also better training with staff. This will improve your businesses immensely.
