Man known to frequent Greater Toronto Area serving six-year sentence breaches parole

federal_offenderThe Ontario Provincial Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a man serving a sentence for break and enter and theft.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is seeking the public’s help in locating Thomas Campbell, 55, who is currently serving a six-year, two-month sentence for break and enter, theft over $5,000 and theft under $5,000, for breaching his parole.

Campbell is described as an Aboriginal male, five feet and eight inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has a scar on his left hand and right wrist. Police say he also has a tattoo of a wizard on his right upper arm, an eagle on his right forearm and a skull on his left forearm.

Police say Campbell is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and Kingston.

Anyone with knowledge of Campbell’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1, the ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-ROPE, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
