Volunteers wanted for Epilepsy Durham Region
Epilepsy Durham Region (EDR) is launching a new era in 2018, and seeking individuals to join their revitalized volunteer program.
“Volunteering is the most fundamental act of kindness”, says executive director Dianne McKenzie. “It is an extension of being a good neighbour.”
Those interested in making the community better and using their time to educate students, support fundraising events, or share expertise, can take search for opportunities at epilepsydurham.com.

“We are excited to have residents join our team of volunteers who on any given day make a direct impact to the quality of life for those living with epilepsy,” McKenzie notes.
Founded in 1987, Epilepsy Durham Region is a not-for-profit organization specifically concerned with the non-medical welfare of people living with epilepsy.
