Victims threatened, gun seized
Durham police are investigating a dispute in Oshawa after arrested a man and seizing a firearm.
On Sunday, May 17, Durham police responded to an unwanted person call in the area of Niagara Drive and Simcoe Street North in Oshawa.
The suspect was involved in a verbal argument at a residence when he pulled out a firearm and threatened to shoot the occupants. The suspect fled in a black Mercedes.
Responding officers located the vehicle and the suspect was arrested. Police located and seized the firearm.
A 20-year-old Woodbridge man is facing several charges. He was held for a bail hearing.
