Two suspects wanted after Oshawa assault

Investigators have released surveillance photographs of two suspects wanted in connection to a woman being assaulted in Oshawa.

At approximately 5:50 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, police responded to an assault call at an apartment building on Simcoe Street North in Oshawa. The woman was inside the foyer of the building when she became involved in an altercation with two unknown men. The suspects assaulted the women and when she fell down they continued to assault her. The suspects left her on the ground and ran off.

The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated by EMS at the scene.

The first suspect is described as Black, 20-25 years old, 5’10-5’11 tall, medium build, short black curly hair and seen wearing a black toque, blue athletic vest, grey under-shirt, blue jeans and black and white high-top running shoes.

The second suspect is described as Black, 20-25 years old, 5’10-5’11 tall, medium build, short black curly hair and seen wearing a grey winter hooded jacket, black and white athletic pants, and black basketball style shoes.
