Teen asked to check in

Police are seeking a missing teenager and asking him to let them know he is safe.

Raymond Cook, 16, was last seen by his foster family at 9 p.m. on Dec. 16. Police say he may be residing in Toronto with a family member, but attempts to contact him directly have failed.

Cook is described as five feet and nine inches tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, has black shoulder length hair and has a slim build. He was last seen wearing black jeans and a dark grey pea coat. Police say Cook has also used the names Adrian and Timothy in the past.
