Registration now open for fall virtual programs
A lineup of popular recreation and culture programs are available online at activeOshawa at Home.
Designed to provide children, youth and adults options to keep active, stay connected and engaged while participating from the comfort and safety of their own home, activeOshawa at Home is live streamed by the city.
This fall also sees the return of Camp2You Theme Kits. These monthly kits have themed activities to keep campers busy at home. Each kit will contain new items for campers to create, build and explore. Pick-ups are available at Delpark Homes Centre and South Oshawa Community Centre.
“In these pandemic times, City staff are showing great resourcefulness and creativity in developing and providing a wide range of at-home activities for the citizens of all ages in our City. The old expression: ‘Necessity is the mother of invention’ has never been more aptly demonstrated,” says Councillor Rick Kerr.
