Oshawa team dominating Ontario field lacrosse
A quick glance at the Ontario Women’s Field Lacrosse standings for the 2018 season will paint a picture of domination.
As of Monday, July 23, the Oshawa Lady Blue Knights teams were on top of every youth division with in the league (U11, U13, U15 and U19).
Between the four teams combined, they sport a combined record of record of 51-2-1.
The U19 Blue Knights sport a 14-0 record, with an average goal differential of 9.64, while the 12-0 U15 squad has a goal differential of 9.08, twice that of the closest team.
The U13 Blue Knights are 13-1, with a goal differential of 7.21, more than 4.4 higher than second place Orillia.
Not to be outdone, the U11 squad is 12-1-1 with a goal differential of 5.78.
All four teams, along with others, will represent their division at the Ontario provincials coming up in Kitchener over the next week.
