Oshawa man arrested after robbery near Colbourne
An Oshawa man is among those arrested following an armed home robbery north of Colbourne last week.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9, Northumberland OPP officers responded to a robbery call at a residence in Cramahe Township, resulting in two separate vehicle chases, one of which saw a Ryder rental truck drive through a corn field before getting stuck trying to get back on to the road.
Local media reports state that body armour was found in one of the vehicles.
A 29-year-old Oshawa man is among four arrested and charged, and is facing several weapons and robbery charges.
