Oshawa convenience store robbed
A local store clerk escaped unscathed after the store he was working at was robbed at gunpoint.
On March 23, 2020, at approximately 2:10 p.m., police were called to the Oshawa Grand Convenience Store on Nonquon Road for an armed robbery. The lone suspect entered the store and brandished a handgun and made a demand for cash.
The victim complied and the suspect fled with cash and the victim’s cellphone. He was last seen running westbound and is described as a white male, about six-feet tall. He was wearing a dark-coloured grey jacket, dark pants, a mask, and was armed with a handgun.
