Mr. Big found dead

A man police said was at the top of a drug ring busted up by Project Isis in 2009 has been found dead in Toronto.

Clinton Yow Foo, 37, was found in his driveway in the area of Kingston Road and Ellesmere Avenue, suffering from “obvious injuries,” according to a news release from Toronto police. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Nicknamed Mr. Big, Yow Foo had initially been arrested and charged as a result Project Isis, a three-year long investigation by Durham police that rounded up more than $3 million in drugs.

He was initially found guilty in 2011 of weapons and drug charges and sentenced to 12 years in prison, but was released after an appeal the following year.
