Man exposes genitals on Olive

Police are seeking to identify a man they say was seen masturbating in public on Olive Avenue.

At approximately 3:25 p.m. on Thursday, Dec 10, a 14-year-old girl was walking on Olive Avenue near Cowan Park when she saw a man walking in the opposite direction with his penis exposed. Police say that when the man saw her, he began to masturbate.

The girl fled the scene and called police.

The suspect is described as white, between 35 and 40 years old and approximately six feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a green shirt with white writing, and was seen leaving the area in a white four-door vehicle.
