Kindergarten registration opens

Parents of young ones about to embark on their first year on school – the time has come to register for kindergarten.

Durham District School Board opened its registration on Tuesday, Jan 12, with Durham Catholic District School Board following up the next day.

Parents are encouraged to call their local schools to pre-register for classes. In order to qualify for junior kindergarten, your child must be four years old by Dec. 31, and five years old for senior kindergarten.
