House league coaches needed

Baseball Oshawa is seeking coaches to round out its house league ranks for the 2018 season.

Candidates are not required to have extensive experience in baseball.

General responsibilities include:

– Attending as many games as possible. Each team has two dates per week, with the exception of the t-ball divisions. The majority of these dates fall during the week, with an occasional Saturday practice due to diamond shortages

– Acting as a role model for players through respect and professional behaviour

– Coaching players to best of one’s ability

– Communicating with parents
