Four people arrested after more than $15,000 worth of drugs seized
A recent Durham police investigation from the Gun and Gang Unit culminated in the seizure of more than $15,000 worth of drugs and the arrest of four people in Oshawa.
On June 22, the DRPS Gun and Gang Unit concluded an investigation focused on a residence on Sarita Path in Oshawa. The Tactical Support Unit executed a search warrant at the residence early that morning where they found the drugs, cash, and two replica pellet guns.
Four people were in the residence at the time and were arrested.
A 25-year-old male of Sarita Path in Oshawa, a 21-year-old male of Sarita Path in Oshawa; a 25-year-old female of Overbank Drive in Oshawa; and a 22-year-old female of Vail Meadows Drive in Bowmanville, are all charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine) and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. All four held for a bail hearing.
