It’s the fifteenth annual Peony Festival. There are over 300 varieties in the garden. Judged peony flower show, bonsai display, photo contest and art competition. Works for sale by painters, sculptors and artisans will be on display. There will also be a children’s garden, horticultural advice, musical entertainment, cultural performances and a variety of culinary choices. New this year, a Wine Garden. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will also be on June 16, at the Children’s Arena, 155 Arena Street.
