Community Care Durham is hosting its 14th Annual CCD Walk for Mental Health Awareness in Port Perry. Join Community Care Durham as they walk for mental health. Their 14th CCD Walk for Mental Health Awareness will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at the Port Perry Fairgrounds, 15835 Old Simcoe Road. Enjoy a 1km, 2km or 5km walk along the Port Perry Waterfront Trail. This fundraising event is a day of family fun with a free BBQ lunch, entertainment, children activities, information booths and amazing prizes. Pre-register for the Early Bird Draw.
