Drug store robbed

Police are turning to the public to help them identify a suspect after a drug store was robbed over the weekend.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16, officers were called to Lovell Drugs on King Street East for a robbery call. According to police, a male suspect entered the store and demanded fentanyl from the pharmacist. The suspect said he had a gun, but no weapon was seen.

The suspect fled the store after receiving drugs from the pharmacist. There were no physical injuries during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, and was last seen wearing a green camo winter jacket, dark pants and a black ski mask.
