Cash for projects

Community projects are open for a grant of up to $50,000 from the Ontario Tire Stewardship Community Fund. Past projects include this track in Dryden.

Those looking for funds to help support community projects now have a new way to get much-needed grant money.

Ontario Tire Stewardship’s Community Renewal Fund is a up-to-$50,000 grant now available towards community projects, with that money going toward the purchase and installation of Ontario-manufactured recycled rubber products.

The grant has seen a new playground surface installed in Sarnia, a running track in Dryden and recycled rubber turf infill for a soccer pitch in Vaughan.

Those looking to apply can do so at rethinktires.ca.
