Bus driver charged with multiple sexual assaults in Toronto

An Oshawa man who works as a public bus driver in Toronto is facing multiple sexual assault charges after police say he lured a young girl online.

According to Toronto police, the Oshawa man who works for the TTC befriended a 15-year-old girl on social media in November 2014, eventually meeting on a street car he was operating this past July.

Police say the man sexually assaulted the girl on three separate occasions.

The 39-year-old Oshawa man has been charged with three counts each of sexual assault, sexual interference and luring a child.

Toronto police say they believe there may be other victims.
