A plea for more environmental protection

Dear Editor,

Please push for strong environmental laws. The world is at a tipping point – if changes aren’t urgently made there will a point of no return. Please petition the Senate and MPs of our country to put in place aggressive laws to fight for our world. I’m a mother and elementary teacher in Durham.
I want to speak for the next generations – they need to enjoy our world too and not have big gas and oil companies completely destroy it for sheer profits. Put a stop to this now.
