Warrant issued for drug trafficker
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man convicted of drug trafficking.
Provincial police are seeking to find Andrew Costa, 28, for breaching his parole while serving a five-year, 10-month sentence for possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime and possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition.
Costa is described as five feet and eight inches tall, weighs approximately 250 pounds and has short black hair and hazel eyes. Police say Costa has a tattoo on the left side of his neck with the word “beef,” a tattoo on his right upper arm of a heart with “Amelya,” and lower right arm of “St. Michael.”
Police say Costa is known to frequent the areas around Toronto, Hamilton, Owen Sound, Mississauga and Milton.
