Road work on Lakeview Park

Construction is underway on Lakeview Park Avenue in Oshawa.

The region is installing a new watermain and water services on the street, running from Birchcliffe Avenue to Simcoe Street South.

The project is expected to be completed in May.

Lanes will be restricted for the duration of the work.

A three-week road closure, with detour routes identified, will be communicated once scheduled.

Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
