Redevelopment a welcome sight

Sometimes change is not always for a good constructive end result.

Witness the old retail plaza at 555 Simcoe Street South, which slowly declined to nearly nothing by 2017.

The idea was to possibly accommodate a Metrolinx stop, but it looks like the old Knob Hill Farms food terminal won that logistical future coin flip.

Now it looks like the 555 plaza is undergoing a retail face lift and will thrive once again.

Good to know and I wish them success in the transition.
