Oshawa bank heist suspect connected to other robberies
Man with similar description has also robbed banks in Kingston, Richmond Hill, Napanee and Trenton

A suspect wanted for an October bank robbery in Oshawa is connected to a number of other robberies across the province.
While Durham police continue their search for a suspect in an October robbery, other forces across the province believe the same suspect robbed banks in their jurisdictions as well.
On Saturday, Oct. 15, the RBC on King Street East in Oshawa was robbed by a male suspect. However, since August, a suspect with the same description has robbed several other banks, including a National Bank in Kingston, a BMO in Richmond Hill, an RBC branch in Napanee and, most recently, an RBC branch in Trenton on Nov. 15.
As a result, Durham Regional Police Service, Kingston Police Service, York Regional Police, Napanee OPP, as well as the Quinte West OPP are working collaboratively in an effort to identify the suspect.
The suspect is described as male, heavy set, with dark hair and with facial hair. During the robbery in Trenton, he was wearing a Blue Jays ball cap and dark clothes.
