LCBO should be fair to all
Dear Editor,
I hope we all are managing during these times.
So, if Government is the sheppard, people are sheep, the virus is the wolf, media is the dog, then the LCBO is our watering hole.
I (the black sheep) line up to get some water, so thirsty these days as all the holes are drying. The guard (Sheppard’s dog) keep us separated, and the bird is singing (our local guitar player). I want to tip him so bad, he is so good, but I have no cash.
So, my time comes, I get barked in. Going in, the water hole keepers sterilize my hands.
I get my beer, pay with visa, ask for $20 cash for the tip and the cashier refuses to give me my money. I ask why, cashier responded to me it is possibly contaminated and we do not give cash to uncontaminated plastic users.
I see a man take a dirty $100 bill and give it to the cashier and the cashier gives him change of possibly contaminated money. I say discrimination LCBO. Be fair to all, LCBO.
