Gens getting NHL attention

The most recent compilation, the NHL Central Scouting Futures List, features both Jack Studnicka and Kyle MacLean as players to keep an eye on this season. The complete list included 290 players from across the globe and includes 30 names from the Ontario Hockey League, 31 from the Western Hockey League and 16 from the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
In 47 games last season, MacLean scored four goals and five assists, while Studnicka totaled four goals and 22 assists in 62 games. Both players are expected to be important assets for the Gens in the upcoming season.
